With 11 years experience, I specialize in marital and pre-marital issues, anxiety, grief, career concerns, and life transitions. I utilize cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, mindfulness, and person-centered therapies. I've been married for 32 years and have two adult children. I'm a Desert Storm Vet and spent over 20 years in the software sales industry. This "real life experience" allows me to understand and meet you where you are. In my spare time, I like to hunt, fish, golf, hike and spend time with family and friends. I would consider it an honor to come alongside you in your journey toward mental wholeness.
